With confirmation the registration is binding.

Participants cannot be accepted into an ongoing course.

Cost

The course fees are covered by health insurance for women with statutory health insurance according to § 134 a SGB V.

Alanna will bill the insurance directly.

The health insurance covers 600 minutes of postnatal gymnastics if you participate regularly. You will confirm your presence with a signature every class.

 

Missed classes

The fees for missed lessons are not covered by health insurance and must therefore be paid by the participant herself.

The reason for not participating is irrelevant. Missed lessons cannot be taken at a later time.

For each missed course unit the participant will be charged  EUR 9,95 .

 

Cancellation of registration should declared up to 14 days before the course starts. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be due as cancellation costs, if you cancel less than 7 days before, 100% must be paid. This fee will be billed directly to participant. The withdrawal must be declared in writing or by e-mail.
